Location for what I needed.

No safe, minimum towles, the 1st night there was no hot water, very slow and minimum water at shower, breakfast coffee machine worked part time at breakfast.

Have stayed here some 5 years ago and it I now noticed that the bathroom is quite small. Fail to understand why a bath is still installed whereas a shower is much more convenient. Must be my old age. Staff is helpful and parking space is big. Missed however a water cooker on the room and a safe, should have been included for this price.

The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard with a touch of elegance, large spacious dining area beautifully set out, the decor is smart and attractive. There is a snooker hall and massage outside the main building and a shopping centre, numerous shops, stalls and eateries on the surrounding streets. Located in the city centre, it is only a few minutes walk from the Ya Mo monument and Klang Plaza mall, tuk tuks are always available outside the hotel in front of the shopping centre. A tuk tuk to the Korat Mall, Korat's premier shopping centre, harbouring western style eateries such as Burger King, Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut and Sizzlers steak as well as the delicious Swensens ice cream parlour for those who like to indulge, costs about 70 or 80 baht, and takes about ten minutes. A tuk tuk to the very nice Monkey Bar where western food and live music is available costs about 40 baht. Of course, delicious Thai food is available everywhere. We stayed in a standard room and then a suite room, both were cleaned to a high standard, comfy bed, good air con and hot shower. The suite room was excellent, 2 bedrooms with en suites and a large living and dining area, each room with individual tv's and air con. Breakfast was either buffet or ordered from a set menu, I would presume which was offered was dependent on the number of guests on a given day. A choice of Asian or continental breakfast, with fruit juices, tea and coffee and fruit / sweets all available. The toast was the best I have had during my travels, good sized thick slices. The staff were pleasant and professional, especially the bell boys and cleaners who always had a smile and a cheery word,

We stayed one night in a standard room and three nights in a Suite (the suite not been available on our first night) In the standard room we had mini bar facilities, but not in the suite (although there was a mini bar price list) it may be that you have to request the fridge to be stocked? After having an afternoon drink at the bar, we asked for the bill to be charged to our room number in order to avoid a trip to the bank earlier than we had planned to exchange some currency. After at first appearing to have our request accepted and signing a bill chit, we were then told that our request had now been declined because we had paid for our room in advance, at every hotel we have at stayed at on this trip, we have paid in advance and have not had a problem charging to our room. I do not know what the official hotel policy on billing is and it may be a standard policy, but it did leave us feeling a little uneasy, as if we were not deemed to be trustworthy.

All our expectations were met. We recommend.

Last time I stayed the hotel was abit run down but it as been renewed and it's a great deal better

The hotel is located in the center of Korat. Breakfast was OK, the food in the restaurant wasn´t good.

Staff were friendly and tried to help. Breakfast was ok.when they serve buffet food was cold. Room and hotel area clean.

I was disappointed that the staff did not speak any or very little English. Was hard to comunicate with. The TV had only a few English speaking channels.and was very bad reception. Had to Change room that they gave me because the air conditioning was old not work. They did not have any street maps for customers . Everything was in Thai including the hotel sign outside. Wouldn't stay here again.

Breakfast included a massive bonus, breakfast a la carte some mornings and buffet others. Was nice either way! Beds were like clouds, ridiculously comfortable. Rooms cleaned every day. Generally a superb stay, can't fault it. Hotel in a great position and really accessible to everything you could possibly need. Even though there were building works going on we didn't hear a thing our entire stay. Only heard our neighbours having a shower! Staff so friendly and helpful, there English isn't amazing but they tried so hard to help, genuinely can't complain I had a lovely weekend! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Walls a little thin, could hear next door showering but this was bearable.

Good location. Within walking distance to the night market and many shops. Our 2 bedroom suite was spacious and the perfect size for 6. The was a good variety of food for breakfast.

Check in was a bit tricky because the reservation was placed under the second name on the second room instead of the primary booker. We were initially informed that there was no reservation which freaked us out. We were also under the impression that we had paid for one room already but per the staff, booking does not actually take any prepayments even though the booking website says it does. The sheets in both bedrooms had stains on them. We did call for change for one bedroom but by the time we noticed the stain in the second bedroom, we were too exhausted to hassle. The tub in the master bedroom is super tall and slippery for some reason which made it difficult to get in. The slippers that were left in the closet were also obviously used as they were stained. The lighting in the hallways gave the hotel an eerie feel.
